-One day at school I was reading one of my english books during a 10 minute break in between two classes and somebody threw their shoe. I have no clue who actually threw the shoe but it hit me right on my head. Whoever did hit me on the head with their shoe probably didn't know that it hit me, so they didn't apologize. After my head had a shoe thrown at it, I was taken by surprise looking around and laughed at the thought of what had happened because of the fact that I didn't expect it.
-On a Saturday my grandmother and I went to the internet cafe as we usually will do on Saturday mornings. On our way back to her home from the internet cafe when she was driving we saw a man come onto his porch. The man had no shirt on and looked as if he just woke up. He was also wearing tight underwear briefs. He came onto the porch to take his dried laundry down. When my grandma and I saw him we just started laughing. It was a nice memory of how my grandma and I laughed at something together.
-I was at the video/book/music store called JAM one Tuesday with my cousin Chika looking in an isle filled with american music albums. She was off in the book section looking at some comic books. I noticed that this boy who was older than me was always trying to grab my attention every now and then. Then out of nowhere when I was looking at a music album he showed up next to me and started talking to me trying to make a conversation. I understood a few words from what he was saying to me but other than that I felt so bad because I didn't understand the rest of what he was telling me. I told him that I was sorry because I understood only a little of Japanese, oh my.. I felt so bad. After he tried flirting me and it obviously didn't end up working out I hurried to look for Chika and told her what just happened. She told me that I should have come and gotten her for translation help. A few days later I told my mom over a phone conversation. That memory will forever be with me, hah good times.
-I was still in my first week of going to school when I tripped and just about bumped my head. There is this inch high platform before you head indoors to the school I was attending and one morning I just got to school and almost fell on my face. I was looking straight ahead as I was walking and then my foot tripped right at the shoe entrance. To be honest it was a slight embarrassing for me because there were a few students who saw me trip but I guess that in the end its ok because I actually laughed at myself and didn't quite make it to the falling completely on my face part!
-I remember that this next event occurred on a Tuesday. Everyday when lunch would start at school they would put music on for everybody over all of the speakers that are placed in the classrooms. On this one Tuesday they decided to put on ... Eminem. I couldn't even take myself seriously throughout eating my lunch because of all of this music by Eminem that I was hearing on a school campus. Oh my goodness, I practically almost squirted milk out from my mouth, but I didn't so we wont have to worry about that (whew!) It was also funny because of how awkward the music made eating lunch with everybody. Then again not many people get to say that they listened to songs with cussing at school over speakers for about half an hour... I am so glad that it made me laugh at school though because not many things have been making me lately.
